Questions
How does the price work?
You pay S$299 a month for your whole office. Staff users are unlimited, and there is no charge per quotation. It is monthly, and you can cancel at any time. There is no minimum commitment and no yearly plan. The price covers one office of your firm, and everyone who works from it or for it. A firm with more than one office pays the price for each office, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
What if we add people?
Nothing changes. The price is for the office, not for each person.
Is setup really free?
Yes. I'll visit your office, set Victor up using your existing workflows, and train your staff.
When does the trial start?
When setup is done, so you get 30 full days using Victor on your own work, with no card. A design partner's trial is 60 days.
How do we pay?
When the trial ends, nothing is charged automatically, and your firm owes nothing unless it chooses to go on. We send your firm's owner a secure payment link from Stripe. The paid plan starts on the day of that first payment, and each month is paid in advance until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the month you've paid for isn't refunded.
Is there a limit on requests?
Fair use is about 3,000 requests a month for the office. We don't charge for requests or stop them at that number, and if you're well above it, we'll talk.
What isn't included?
Custom integrations and manual supplier sourcing are not included.
What happens if we stop paying?
For 14 days after the trial ends, or after a paid month ends, Victor still works and keeps everything. After that, when you sign in, you'll be asked to pay first, and it's all there as soon as you do. We never delete your data unless you ask us to.
